These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.wiziuscareers.com (the “Website”) and the services offered by Wizius Careers (“Wizius”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and does not require a physical or digital signature.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enrol in our services on your own behalf. Students under 18 may use the Website and enrol only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the student’s behalf.

2. Our services

We provide coaching for standardised tests (including IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GMAT, GRE, SAT and ACT), admissions consulting, career guidance and free online tools. The specific scope, schedule, fees and deliverables of a paid programme are set out in your enrolment form or written agreement, which forms part of these Terms. If the written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement prevails.

3. No guarantee of results

Test scores, admissions, scholarships and visas are decided by independent testing bodies, universities and governments. Unless a specific guarantee is given to you in a signed written agreement, we do not guarantee any particular score, admission, scholarship or visa outcome. Past results and testimonials describe individual experiences and do not predict your result.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information, including academic records and test scores;
• Ensure that every essay, statement and document submitted to a university is truthful and represents your own experience. We edit and advise; we do not write fabricated content or submit documents we believe to be false;
• Attend scheduled sessions and complete assigned practice;
• Pay fees on time as per your enrolment agreement;
• Not share, resell, record or distribute our study material, videos or tests without written permission.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are payable as set out in your enrolment agreement and are inclusive or exclusive of GST as stated there. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and in our courses — text, question banks, explanations, videos, graphics, logos and software — is owned by or licensed to Wizius and protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Test names such as GMAT, GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, SAT and ACT are trademarks of their respective owners; see our Disclaimer.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Website for any unlawful purpose; upload anything that is defamatory, obscene, infringing or harmful; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; use bots to scrape content or manipulate practice-test leaderboards; or impersonate any person. We may remove content or restrict access that breaches these rules.

8. Free tools

Calculators, assessments and practice tests are provided free for general guidance. Results are indicative, based on the information you enter and on publicly available criteria, and may not reflect the decision of any university, lender or testing body.

9. Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party sites such as testing bodies, universities and payment gateways. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wizius is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the fees you paid for that service.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Wizius against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or from false information or documents you provide.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through our grievance process. Failing that, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
